As an attendee you can purchase additional chances at the 3rd annual friend raiser event for $10 onsite.

Create from the Heart is an annual showcase held in Queens NY featuring a live band, professional and emerging creative artists and friends old and new coming together to raise funds and awareness to the need for Organ Donation Registration.

The event supports efforts made by the AJ Project to connect creative artists to critical issues and causes.

We pay homage to its namesake AJ Perrelli as an artist and organ donor and honor those who gave the gift of life as well as received.

This event is open to the public and Family friendly. Saturday April 6th, 2019 from 1-5 at The Terrace on the Park.  Suggested donation is $70. Event Sponsorships and raffle/auction donations accepted now. Live entertainment, buffet meal and cash bar.
